Vendor Information:

Cost:

  • Vendor Booth Fee: $350 (includes table and chair).

  • Optional Tent: +$150 (a 10x10 tent will be provided).

  • Optional Electricity Access: +$150.

Vendor Benefits:

  • Exposure: Reach thousands of alumni, students, and guests attending Homecoming weekend events.

  • Prime Location: Vendor booths will be set up in high-traffic areas during key events, such as the Alumni Kickback, Tailgating Party, and other festivities.

  • Advertising: Your business will be included in our promotional materials, including digital and print platforms, to further boost visibility.

Vendor Guidelines:

  1. Set-Up Time:

    • All vendors must set up by 9:00 AM on the event day and be ready by 10:00 AM when the gates open.

    • Booths will remain open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the Kickback Event on Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the Tailgating and Cookoff on Saturday.

  2. Booth Requirements:

    • Each vendor will be provided with one table and two chairs. Additional tables or chairs can be requested for an additional fee.

    • Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their booth area.

    • If you opt for electricity, be sure to bring your own power cords. Electrical setup will be handled by event staff, but you are responsible for connecting your equipment.

  3. Tent Option:

    • Vendors may choose to rent a 10x10 tent for an additional fee of $150. If you bring your own tent, it must be fire-retardant and in good condition.

  4. Electricity:

    • Electricity is available for $150 per vendor. You must indicate during registration if you need electricity and the wattage required.

  5. Products/Services:

    • Vendors are welcome to sell food, drinks, merchandise, crafts, and promotional services. However, no alcohol sales are allowed unless pre-approved by the event organizers.

    • All vendors must have the proper licenses and permits if they are selling food items.

  6. Insurance:

    • Vendors selling food or offering physical services (such as massages) must provide proof of liability insurance.

  7. Security:

    • While security will be present, GUNAA Homecoming is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your belongings.

  8. Breakdown:

    • Vendors must not begin tearing down their booth until after the event has ended. Early breakdown is not allowed unless permission is granted by the event organizers.

Schedule of Events for Vendors:

This is a high-level overview of where vendor booths will be located throughout the Homecoming Weekend:

  • Friday, October 18 – Alumni Welcome Kickback

    • Booth set-up by 9:00 AM.

    • Kickback event from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

    • Event highlights: Vendor presentation slots, live music, DJ competitions, raffles, and giveaways.

  • Saturday, October 19 – Tailgate & Cookoff Party

    • Booth set-up by 7:00 AM.

    • Tailgate event from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    • Event highlights: Cookoff competition, live entertainment, and high foot traffic before and after the Homecoming game.
